Both are to be accused of a 40 count charge of supposed money laundering, conspiracy, stealing and diversion of funds.

Ex militant leader says he is yet to get the invitation of the federal high court in Lagos, which warned to command his arrest if he does not appear before it on January 14, Thursday.

In December, former militant leader raised an alarm that the federal government was witch-hunting him for denying to join the ruling All Progressives Congress.
